RSY-Netzer Making a Difference

RSY-Netzer have partnered up with the JCC: Jewish Community Centre for London, Tzedek, Macabbi GB and UJS: Union of Jewish Students to make a difference this summer.

RSY-Netzer have partnered up with the JCC: Jewish Community Centre for London, Tzedek, Macabbi GB and UJS: Union of Jewish Students to make a difference this summer. RSY-Netzer have taken strides this year, working with other Jewish organisations in order to improve the quality of the work they already do and offer new opportunities to their members. This development has led to RSY-Netzer working closely with Macabbi GB providing high quality sports leadership workshops which many young people have already benefited from as part of their leadership programme.

RSY-Netzer also collaborated with Tzedek (the UK Jewish community's response to extreme poverty) in creating their leadership course this year, utilising Tzedek’s excellent knowledge and experience of social action to train the next generation of Reform social activists.

Josh Martin, RSY-Netzer’s Mazkir (Chair) remarked: "It is definitely a really positive step forward when RSY-Netzer focus energy on developing positive links with other like-minded Jewish organisations. I'm sure it can only lead to the benefit of all".

Get Involved: London to Cambridge Charity Bike Ride

The JCC and Tzedek who last year ran a successful charity bike ride are building on their past achievements by working alongside UJS and RSY-Netzer in order to make this year's London to Cambridge bike ride a youth-led charity event. By working with RSY-Netzer and the UJS it is hoped that even more young people will get involved in this great fundraising initiative.

RSY-Netzer worker Gideon Golstein said: "It's always great to see different Jewish organisations working together in order to make the world a better place. This bike ride gives people of all ages the opportunity to do something healthy and raise money for some great causes. It also presents a good example of what we can achieve with simple cooperation".

Find out more about the London to Cambridge bike ride and book your place at the JCC website.

RSY-Netzer will know when you have booked and will be in touch to support you in all your fundraising efforts.
