Massuot means 'Beacons' in Hebrew. The Awards are meant not only to honour the winners, but also to represent the achievements of all those involved in Reform Jewish youth provision and to inspire others towards the aspirations which the Awards symbolise. The Awards are based on the concept of tikkun olam, ‘repairing the world’ around which RSY-Netzer, the Zionist youth movement of the Reform Movement, bases its programmes.

You must know someone who really puts themselves out for youth activities or local community projects, who makes it happen! This is your chance to ensure that they receive the recognition they deserve.

We are looking for those people who radiate passion, commitment, and loving kindness when it comes to working with their peers or working for community activities and projects.

Winners will receive a £200 prize from our sponsors to spend on their community or project.

Nomination deadline – Monday 1st November 2010.
